How long does it take for me to receive my orders?

We try our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders; please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery time by our partner couriers. It usually takes about 3 days for Metro Manila orders; 3-5 days within Luzon; and within 4-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao (excluding Sundays, Holidays, and natural circumstances beyond one’s control). 

What if I need to change my shipping address? 

You may send us a message via Instagram if you need to change your shipping address; however, please note that we will not be able to change the shipping address once the product is on the way or if the pick-up has been scheduled already. 

Can you help with a damaged product? 

Kindly send us a photo of the damaged product and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged items outside of a 24 hr window cannot be refunded. Likewise, we will not be responsible for damages caused by handling/shipping. 

Do you accept returns?

We apologize, but due to our strict hygiene policy, we do not accept returns of our products.

You sent me the wrong product, what do I do? 

Sorry about that! Please send us a photo of the product and we'll take care of it.
